Cathy Cena brings a wealth of sales and business development experience to the team.  She is no stranger to the Promotional Products industry and recently decided to get back into it with Say it Now.  As a long time Port Moody resident, Cathy is an active community member, serving on numerous boards including the Port Moody Arts Center, Eagle Ridge Hospital Foundation Gala Committee and the Port Moody's Transportation Committee to mention a few.

She is currently a talk show host for Tri-Cities Community TV's "Catching up with Cathy" show. She continues to serve her community. Cathy was nominated for a Tri-Cities Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Award.

The journey to find what you are good at AND what you are passionate about is what defines "Good Work". Graduating with a BA in Psychology from the University of Winnipeg, it took a few years to gain work experience with other companies as a Social Worker in Toronto, HR Manager in Winnipeg, Food Service Manager and Sales Executive in Vancouver for Anne to finally venture out on her own.  Aiming to give her customers outstanding service, she incorporated Say It NOW in Coquitlam, BC in 2004

In Sept 2012, an opportunity to work with her son presented itself.  Adding a second business venture with him, she is now running hard to keep up to her son's many talents... and loving every minute of it, even when he rolls his eyes.

​Anne fell in love with running outdoors & AM ballroom dancing but unfortunately had to give them up due to knee issues.  Now she can be found at the gym 5 times a week, as well as cycling and hot yoga on the weekends.

42 years in middle and senior regional management covering such areas as  Store Management, Buying, Merchandise Management, Supply Chain Management, Special Projects, Building Management, and Operations

Special Projects included Development of a special transfer system for the Lower Mainland Bay Stores; Store Renovations throughout BC, Closing down of discontinued stores throughout Western Canada, Screening/Hiring of management candidates throughout
